Please read these terms carefully before using B-Tron Energy products. By purchasing or using our batteries, BMS, and related accessories, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Battery Pack Warranty

Charging and discharging current should be less than the maximum charge and discharging current specified in the product specification. Charging and discharging current bigger than the recommended current may damage the battery.

Please charge the battery within 24 hours after use.

Do not short circuit the battery pack for any reason.

Battery packs can be combined in parallel but not more than two sets.

Do not immerse the battery pack in water or sea water, or allow it to get wet.

Do not disassemble the battery.

Do not expose the battery to extreme heat or flame.
- 8
Please use an appropriate lithium charger for charging.
Warranty Coverage
We guarantee every battery sold by us or by any of our authorised dealers or distributors to be free from manufacturer defects from the date of sale.
Within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the battery at our discretion. In some cases your charger may prevent the battery from turning on — if that happens, please contact us directly before assuming the battery is at fault.
Note: Warranty is void if the battery has been physically damaged, short-circuited, exposed to water, disassembled, or charged with a non-lithium charger. Damage caused by operating outside specified current limits is not covered.
